We are having a beautiful 5 course dinner and dessert with each course being masterfully paired with a variety of wines.

Seating is at 4:00 p.m. on April 14th at the Gold Hill Hotel and Crown Point Restaurant

4th Course – Dry Aged Ribeye with Truffle Butter, Morel Mushrooms, and Seared Carrots paired with – Cuvelier Los Andes Cabernet Sauvignon, Mendoza, Argentina 2018

5th Course – Herb Saint Grilled Shrimp with Fried Eggplant, Roasted Tomatoes and Rouille paired with – Le Cengle Rose, Provenance, France 2022
