We are having a beautiful 5 course dinner with each course being masterfully paired with a variety of wines.

Seating is at 4:30 p.m. on April 3rd at the Gold Hill Hotel and Crown Point Restaurant

1st course – Appetizer – Shrimp Cocktail/Montmartre Brut, France

2nd Course – Soup – Lobster Bisque/Le Cengle Rose, Provence, France, 2020

3rd Course – Cheese Plate – Charcuterie Board/Bliss Family Vineyards, Blissful Red 2018, Mendocino

4th Course – Salad – Caesar Salad/Cantina Valadige, Pinot Grigio 2020, Italy

5th Course – Entrée – Miner’s Tri-tip w/garlic mashed potatoes and roasted seasonal vegetables/Kale Wines, “Kick Ranch” Home Run Cuvee 2016, Sonoma, California

6th Course – Dessert – Chocolate brownie drizzled with dark cherries and sauce/Madrona Vineyards, “New World” Port 2012, El Dorado County
