2nd Course Halloumi with Tomatoes and Pomegranate Molasses. Paired with Canard Rose, 2021, Paso Robles, CA.
3rd Course Seared Scallops with Lemon Beurre Blanc Sauce, Grilled Apples, Cauliflower and Fennel. Paired with Les Fumee Blanches, Sauvignon Blanc, 2020, France
4th Course – Bonus Wagyu Sliders with Maple Bacon, Garlic Aioli, and Arugula. Paired with Iris Vineyards, Pinot Noir, 2021, Willamette Valley, OR.
5th Course – Entrée Apple Braised Pork with Wild Mushroom Rice. Paired with Cordon of Santa Barbera, Cuvee 245 Rouge, Santa Ynez Valley.
6th Course –Dessert Tres Leche Cake with Local Blood Orange Curd and Coconut Whip, topped with Pistachios. Paired with Fratelli Cozza Moscato Giallo, Italy.
