We will be serving a special 3 course dinner New Year’s Eve, Sunday, December 31st! Followed by Live Music from VC’s own Gold ‘N Vandals from 9pm-1am.

The dinner seating times are 4:30pm, 5pm,  5:30pm, 6pm, 6:30pm, 7pm, 7:30pm, 8pm

Here is our special New Year’s Eve 3 course Dinner menu:
Choice of:

DINNER HOUSE SALAD
Spring greens made with tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded cheese, and croutons.  Dressing choices: ranch, blue cheese, oil and vinegar, or Italian

           OR:

LOBSTER BISQUE SOUP

Entrees (Choice of One):

ALL Certified Angus Steaks are Flame Grilled.

FILET AND LOBSTER SPECIAL
A tender and juicy thick cut 6 oz. filet paired with a steamed lobster tail.  Served with house made Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Seasonal Vegetables

COWBOY RIBEYE
12 OZ Ribeye, served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and Roasted Seasonal Vegetables.

FRESH ATLANTIC SALMON
Fresh, pan seared Atlantic Salmon tipped with a Beurre Blanc sauce.  Served with house made Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Seasonal Vegetables

CROWN POINT CHICKEN
House Specialty!  Fresh Pan seared chicken breasts with jack cheese, parmesan, garlic and fresh herbs.  Topped with a white wine Parmesan cream sauce.  Served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and Seasonal Roasted Vegetables

Vegan/Vegetarian Meal – Chef’s choice.  Please let us know prior to New Year’s Eve so the Chef knows how many to prepare

Dessert:

Chef Special Bread Pudding, topped with Whipped Cream
