Restoring the Legacy of the Comstock (THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT)
Join us for an intimate evening of fine dining, history, and community in support of
preserving one of America’s most storied landmarks.
Date: Saturday, November 15
Time: Dinner begins at 6:00 PM
Location: Crown Point Restaurant at the Gold Hill Hotel
Tickets: $100 per person (limited to 50 guests)
Guests will enjoy a three-course dinner in the historic Crown Point Restaurant, followed
by a presentation on the Comstock Foundation for History & Culture’s work to restore
and protect the Comstock National Historic Landmark District. From safeguarding iconic
mining and milling sites to supporting education, blacksmithing classes, and heritage
tourism, the Foundation is committed to keeping the legacy of the Comstock alive for
generations to come.
The evening will also feature a silent auction of unique treasures, including a .9999 pure
Comstock Silver Medallion and Nine Cheers, a fine art piece by local artist Steven
Saylor, along with other heritage-inspired items. Raffle item donations from community
members are welcome and will add to the excitement of the evening.
All proceeds, including dinner will benefit preservation projects carried out by the
Comstock Foundation—an all-volunteer organization dedicated to protecting and
celebrating the authentic history, culture, and heritage of the Comstock.
